Because DevToy runs entirely on the client-side, we do not save your data on our servers. Any active draft saving is done locally on your device via localStorage. We are not responsible or liable for any loss of data, drafts, or configuration settings resulting from browser clearing, device damage, or tool errors. Users are encouraged to manually back up important work regularly.

4. Limitation of Liability

The tools and services on DevToy are provided "as-is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Under no circumstances shall DevToy be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the site.
